What’s the deal with the store setup cost?

Making mockups, writing up descriptions, and doing all the data entry involved in the back end of a store takes time! And time is a valuable thing. We try to keep our costs as low as possible but all the work comes at a low price. If you are a non profit, email us and we can help you out with these fees.

Is this the same as your fulfillment program?

No. We offer full 3PL services to select clients. Merch stores are all about one time campaigns to get your designs ordered efficiently and accurately. If you are interested in New Duds’ fulfillment program for your already established online store, email us at hello@newduds.net

Will my customer know when their order ships?

Yes! We use a powerful shipping program that sends tracking information and alerts when your customers orders go out.

What if a customer needs a refund or exchange?

This is a great question, albeit a slightly complicated one. Due to the nature of pre order campaigns, we generally only print EXACTLY what is ordered. We do give you the option to tack on extra garments to have on hand after the campaign is over so if any of your customers want to exchange anything, you’ll have it. New Duds is not responsible for apparel not fitting as expected or handling any exchange/returns. We’ll make sure to make that clear in your store description.

How long does it take to get paid?

Generally after a store closes, it takes about 2-3 weeks for your customers orders to be printed and shipped. Once all of the orders have shipped out, we’ll reconcile the shipping costs and get you paid asap!

Do I have to charge my customers or can I just use this as a size generating platform?

Efficiency! I like the way you think! We have many businesses that simply use this as a way to gather sizing information from their team. We go about it in a very similar way as a regular campaign. The biggest difference is we supply you with a coupon code for you team to void the cost of the order. Why use coupons? We do this so we can put limits on how many garments people order. If you want your team to only order 1 per person, the coupon helps limit what can be ordered. You also have the option to give each team member a $50 coupon for example, then order as many extra garments as they want on their dime! Pricing for this varies slightly from our standard stores, so email us and we’ll walk you through it.
